This location never fails! Jose and Callly are awesome 💕 !! They always have my macadamia nut cookies, they always answer the phone friendly and accommodating. I live deep and Avon Park and I always drive to this location to get my subway fix 💯... You guys are doing a fantastic job keep up the great work!

We are sorely disappointed that management has decided that only one employee is needed to run the restaurant at a time. I’ve never seen any restaurant run by one employee and stay in business. This is a horrible mistake by management.
One employee to fulfill mobile orders, walk-in orders, baking bread and cookies, ringing up the orders, taking payment, and slicing the meat. Oh, and when does the poor employee get a break to eat, drink, or go to the bathroom?!?! This is outrageous. Can’t go on a lunch break anymore!!
At the SNL location, the employee wouldn’t look at us or talk to us so we left. I guess you’ll get your wish and have to close your doors.

Ordered my food to be curbside 45-60 minutes in advance. When I arrived, there was ONE worker, making not only my order, but several other peoples at the same time. App told me the order was ready and it had not even been made. Other customers had the same issue. This is not OKAY. This is unfair to your workers, and your customers. DO BETTER!
