I’ve never seen any restaurant run by one employee and stay in business. This is a horrible mistake by management. One employee to fulfill mobile orders, walk-in orders, baking bread and cookies, ringing up the orders, taking payment, and slicing the meat. Oh, and when does the poor employee get a break to eat, drink, or go to the bathroom?!?! This is outrageous. Can’t go on a lunch break anymore!! At the SNL location, the employee wouldn’t look at us or talk to us so we left. I guess you’ll get your wish and have to close your doors.
