Was so disappointed as we have always considered Panera or go to for a good soup, salad, sandwich lunch place, but it'll be a while before we go back here. The lady that took our order, was a sweetheart, the two ladies that sweet the trays up for pick up, could certainly use a personality make over, very rude.
