- KMKimberly M2 days ago1.0Went inside this morning to get some food and coffee and this spanish lady behind the counter taking my order was so busy playing with her co workers that I felt rushed to hurry up with my order I forgot to get my food. She acted like it was such a rush to get me in and out and the workers there were so loud and obnoxious. Needless to say I won't be going back to that DK... The coffee never taste right there anyways!!!!!

Although I did have one incident when there was a guy (possibly a team lead or manager) came to window and asked me what I was waiting for. I thought he was joking, because I had told the girl at the speaker that I had a mobile order pick up. I pulled up to the window and sat there for maybe a minute, when this guy asks me what I was waiting for. I said "an order pick up for Lisa". He asks me what I had, and I pulled it up on my phone. He was annoyed and said "A mobile order, you should've said that." Uh, ok? I'm sorry about the wording of what I said? As long as he isn't working, everything seems to be running smooth. I have seen him a couple times there, and when he is there the nice girl employees seem to be stressed. Other than him, no complaints. :)
