- JAJanet AyersMar 2, 20261.0This is the third time I’ve been in this particular Dunkin’ Donuts and the service inside is horrible. They want you to use the kiosk so they ignore you if you stand at the counter and then if you order from the kiosk, they’re too busy filling the orders for the drive-through to make your order I ordered an iced coffee and two donuts. It took me 15 minutes to get it and I had to ask where it was. They proceeded to tell me that they get in trouble if they don’t take care of the drive-through, but apparently that’s the only thing that matters at this Dunkin’ Donuts so if you go there, the drive-through is your best bet I will never go there again. EVER!!!!!!!!!!!
