I never complain, because I remember what it is like to work at a fast food restaurant, and I chalk it up to the staff being young and ignorant at times. This time, I made a mobile pick up order. I pulled up to the window, and a couple young female employees just looked at me and walked away from the window. Finally, a young girl opened the window and told me that they were out of items that I ordered. I asked if they even started making the other items that were in. stock and she said no. I was told I could just get a refund but it would have to be through the app. My order was $24, so I have tried several times to request a refund, but have been given the runaround. The online services are “down” and you can only email, which responses take 2 business days. I received a coupon for a free donut WITH A PURCHASE. I will never go back to a Dunkin because of this. I have never felt so mistreated and uncared about. Awful service, Dunkin. Do better.

Don’t drive away without checking if you have everything you ordered bc 99% of the time they forget half your order. Not to mention none of the girls are friendly, horrible customer service. Go to the one in South Sebring.

Always get my order wrong and never apologize for the inconvenience. Very disappointing at how downhill staffing at this location has gotten. Do better !!
