  So I have to say this is the first time in my entire life that I have ever had this happen. I am a huge Dunkin Donuts fan.I have been getting mine and my hubby's coffee from here everyday. Tonight on 3/19 around 8pm I asked if the espresso machine was still working and was told yes by the worker Lexi who was there on that day. I have never seen her there before. I ordered my 2 coffee's, they came to a little over $10. I have almost $14 on my app. She scans my app and tells me I owe her $4, I then proceeded to show her thats impossible as I had more than enough to cover the coffee's. She then show the register and it said something about a gift card, which I never had this issue before. I told her you must of already scanned it and didnt notice it and she scanned it again. She then got a major attitude after she clearly saw it took money of my app. Then she tells me im not dealing with you and im not serving you. I have NEVER in my life dealt with a person so rude and cocky and unprofessional in my life. Im telling her I just want my coffee's please that I clearly paid for thats all. She then raised her voice to me and proceeded to get more cocky and more rude. I told her ma'am I come her everyday I have NEVER once had a issue here. Im just looking for the coffee's that I paid for or my money back she got loud again so now of course im getting a little aggravated. She then told me im calling the police I said thats fine ma'am as I have done nothing wrong and you took the.money off my card and did not give me my drinks. I had to have my husband come in to wait for the police with me. Now mind you I just want my money back she charged on my app or my drinks she had another girl who ended up coming in and took a picture of me I told her that its ok we'll be waiting for the police to arrive. I was speaking with the extremely nice female officer and she tells me they said im not aloud in the store. SO SINCE WHEN IS A CASHIER ALLOWED TO GIVE THE CUSTOMER A HARD TIME, ACT RUDE AND COCKY AND CHARGE ME FOR MY ORDER AND HAVE ME KICKED OUT WHEN I DIDNT DO ANYTHING WRONG IT WAS THE NEW CASHIER I NEVER MET BEFORE LEXI. OBVIOUSLY SHE TOLD THE MANAGER SOME KIND OF LIE... BUT WHEN I TOLD THEM JUST PULL UP THE CAMERA FOOTAGE YOU WILL SEE IM TELLING THE TRUTH I WAS IGNORED. SO I GET THROWN OUT, MONEY TAKEN AND NO ORDER!!!!! THIS HAS TO BE THE MOST WORST, UNPROFESSIONAL, RIDE AND HORRIBLE DUNKIN I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS!!!!! I JUST WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THIS IS DEFINITELY A BUYER BEWARE DUNKIN IF YOU ARE DEALING WITH A NEW CASHIER LEXI... SAD THING IS BEFORE THIS GIRL WAS THERE I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER GOING TO THIS DUNKIN EVERY DAY AND THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT A LOYAL CUSTOMER WITHOUT EVEN CHECKING THE PROOF THAT WAS ON THE CAMERA. UNFORTUNATELY THERE WAS NO CUSTOMERS THERE AT THAT TIME BUT THERE WAS A WALMART WORKER IN THERE WHO SAID TO MY HUSBAND WOW THIS IS CRAZY WHAT SHE DID TO ME... THIS STORE HAS NOW BECOME A DISGRACE TO ALL THE OTHER AMAZING DECENT DUNKIN STORES.. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GET YOUR COFFEE WITH A SMILE, AND AMAZING SERVICE AND EXCELLENT MANAGERS AND OWNERS WHO NOW HOW TO ADDRESS A SITUATION ESPECIALLY WHEN IT WAS A MISTAKE OF THEIR WORKER AND GO TO ONE OF THE OTHER 2 AMAZING DUNKIN'S IN SEBRING..

  So my wife and I walked in this morning and never really experienced this location before. Immediately was welcomed rudely by a girl working behind the register. She came off very dry and unpleasant. It seemed like she didn’t want to work. My wife didn’t want to order anymore because of the negative energy that was coming off from her. Definitely don’t recommend coming to a place where the people behind making your stuff comes off unwelcoming or kind. You need people that actually cares and delivers customer experience so that way people can and will continue to come and spend their hard earn money.

  Customer service is just horrible. No cleanliness and your order takes forever .
