Never had a problem before at this restaurant but this time the person starting to prepare our food had a miserable attitude. We just left. We’ll be back but if this woman on the line we will leave again

I notice 3 people standing behind the counter doing nothing, while 1 person is in a frenzy attempting to keep up with the mobile orders. I confront the staff. They say management doesn’t allow anyone to help the lone person doing mobile orders. The staff was great… MANAGEMENT, WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS PLAN IS THIS?
