There was a little messing around going on behind the counter, and the fry guy kept shaking the basket like that was gonna cook the fries faster, and I think he took him out early because they weren’t cooked all the way, but other than that, it was OK.

I asked the manager Silquanda why my food was taking so long and I didn't even my milkshakes yet, she gave me a bad attitude and still didn't answer me, never even looked at me. Took over 30 min to get my order. Silquanda should not be a manager acting like that. Hopefully something will be done about her. I almost requested my money back and walked out. Next time I will but won't go back for a while.

A couple of months ago, we ordered takeout as usual (burgers and fries). The guy working the fryer was struggling a bit to keep up and I had not seen him before. When my fries were ready, he spilled some my order on the floor (which I saw), and he said, “Oops!” Then handed me my bag with no apologies or even an offer to add fresh fries. I decided to let it go, but on the journey home we tasted the fries and they were awful. They were not cooked through and were completely limp…unlike the crisp fries we had gotten previously. I filled out a survey and shared our experience but received no response. We waited a couple of months to return and decided again to try tonight. Again, the same guy was on the fryer, and the fries are horrible again. We will definitely not be going back to this location.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
