I waited around until 1:20 before they finally started preparing it, and I didn’t leave until about 1:30. That’s nearly an hour for a sandwich I ordered ahead specifically to save time. The whole point of ordering ahead is convenience, and this was the complete opposite. No communication, no apology, just long delays and disorganization. I reached out to corporate to share my experience, but of course, I never heard anything back. Really disappointing and unacceptable service from a brand that should know better.

The store was clean, everything looked fresh, and our sandwiches were made just right. What really stood out, though, was how patient and kind they were with my littlest one, who can be super picky. They went out of their way to help him find just the right combination, and he left with a big smile (and a full belly). That kind of thoughtful service makes all the difference. We’ll definitely be back!
