The food is always fresh and the service is consistently excellent. I recently made a mistake and accidentally placed an online order at the wrong location. The staff here—specifically Jamar—went above and beyond to accommodate me and correct my order, even though the other location was unwilling to help. I was incredibly appreciative of his effort and willingness to go completely out of his way for a customer. Keep up the phenomenal work, staff! I truly can't applaud you enough.

Gavin seem to work well together the food is super tasty worth the money even Max gave me a suggestion to add some caramel to my new coffee, milkshake, which I tried for the first time, definitely helped on the taste. Restaurant is extremely clean hands-down I suggest this place to anybody that pass by or lives in the area to get a bite to eat, the double cheeseburger with bacon and the works was delicious and very filling. If want a delicious burger eat here for sure.!

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
