It took over 15 minutes for us to get the missing food and at least 4 attempts to ask for the food. They kept saying that they were busy but continued serving other orders and dismissed our attempt to get our food. This has happened before but this is the first time that I have gone back to get the missing food. Very disappointed with the service.Not to mention the ice cream machine is down…

The tag on the bag they put my order in said no butter sauce. Imagine my shock when I opened the item and it smothered in butter sauce. Do better. Very disappointing for the cost of the sandwich I would think that they should at least pay attention.

- GGGeneNov 24, 20254.0Frequent this location b cuz food and service r usually pretty good & better than the mcds by our house, so i drive a few extra miles sometimes. Had one hiccup recently and spoke to mgr Bree @ this location. She went above and beyond to make it right. (The man that answered the phone when i returned the call was so profesdiinal and polite-i coukd even understand him-no mumbling.) Bree had great follow up and follow thru. So refreshing to see b cuz helpful professional mgrs just dont seem to exist anymore. Thank you Bree to you and your staff at Sat Bch McDonald's.
