  Asked for no mustard on my double stack so they decided to add mayonnaise to both instead which is worse than mustard.

  Service was disappointing during my visit. Communication was difficult since no one seemed to speak English, and I noticed ants inside the drink machine, which was concerning. The service was also very slow, and the team didn’t show any friendliness or warmth. I hope management can address these issues to improve the customer experience.

  I'm pleased now to see an ordering kiosk inside the location at the counter. Face to face ordering has always been an issue due to the language barrier. Today using the kiosk I ordered a Taco salad and a Jr Cheeseburger. Via the kiosk I customized the burger sandwich with no ketchup no mustard and add mayo. After leaving the location I found the burger had ketchup, mustard and mayo. So the kiosk hasn't solved that customer service issue. Location wasn't busy so I'm assuming it was easier for them to ignore my request and just add mayo to an already prepared Jr Cheeseburger. I haven't tried the Taco Salad but no changes were requested so there's still a glimmer of hope. I stopped in to use a $10 gift card from Christmas 2024. It worked fine but unfortunately this location has chosen not to provide receipts with your orders. Makes it convenient for them to avoid complaints making it to Wendy's corporate. Still very disappointed in Wendy's. I remember the days when Wendy's food was prepared correctly, was delicious and service was good.

  So this is my sour cream and chive potato Next time I’ll just go buy a bag of potatoes for the same price and make sure it’s cooked properly
