  It pains me to write this because I love Tropical Smoothie, but the customer service at this location is god awful. I ordered a smoothie and a bowl at 3:03pm. The smoothie was ready when I walked in around 3:08pm, but I did not receive the bowl until 3:23 (10 min after the guaranteed time). I was patient with no complaints while I waited, but I saw the girl bag it and walk away, so I asked the cashier if either of those bowls were mine… to which she said “I don’t know I’m not on food”…. Like okay, can you look? lol. I finally get home and the smoothie is practically soup because it’s been sitting there for 20 min at this point. To top it all off, my husband takes a sip and tells me it’s not even the right smoothie 🤣 Despite being labeled Peanut Paradise, there was not a peanut in sight. I tried to go back to the store to return it because I was over the whole experience at this point; however, no one was knowledgeable enough or willing to help.

  Did the exact opposite of what I wanted, I asked for mostly peanut butter on my bowl and they gave me no peanut butter? Specifically on a peanut butter bowl too. Very disappointing

  I got a PB banana wrap but didn’t like it much, and the smoothie was Okay but staff were good

  If i could give Brayden 6 stars, i would. He is very sociable and personable. Also he is very respectful and kind. Please give him a raise.
