    I know this review won't matter, but this place deserves another 1 star review. I had begun ordering a meatball ball sub before I was rudely cut-off with an abrasive and mumbled excuse as to why this sub couldn't be made during lunch hours. According to the employee, meatball subs arn't made during lunch hours. The person proceded to give me a look like I was a moron for not knowing this. I then politely asked why, but was rudely interrupted again with more unintelligible excuses. I understand the meatball sub is a very labor intensive process and requires effort, but I would have preferred an honest response stating they were too lazy to scoop the meatballs. I could have lived with this response as it was the only reason that made sense. There might have been a good explanation for this situation, but poor grammer and use of words prevented any chance of understanding. I've had meatball subs during lunch hour in many different locations. Hard work and entitlement are in direct competition these days, which has created a frustrating environment for those who have standards. While I found this situation bizarre, I can't say im surprised by this employee's behavior. Hospitality seemed to be just as foreign of a concept as being humble.

    Absolutely not doing business with this location again. I ordered tuna sandwich online for pick up with $6.99 coupon for ANY sandwich (the key word is "ANY"!). - Hi, picking up tuna, please? - Hi, we couldn't make it because we ran out of tuna. - Oh, ok. How about something else? - You have to cancel your order then order it again. - I can't, the only way to cancel any order is to call the store, and I'm already inside? - I can't make you anything else. Then l said I'll pay with the swipe inside, instead online, can l just get steak sandwich then? - No, we don't have steak either, plus, the price is not the same. - Yes, it is the same because l have THE COUPON! - You can't do that! I left... PS - it was young girl, long hair, and some gold in her mouth 🤬

    Not really sure what is going on with this Subway. Waited 15 minutes to get told they are out of meatballs before 2pm. I asked for the associate to cancel my order. Instead 10 minutes later I get a noti on the app that my food is ready for pickup. I try to call the store to make sure it was canceled because I also redeemed points but instead they pick up the phone and hang up or it goes right to voicemail. Sketchy employees
