My husband and I came in on Wednesday and sat at the bar. I have an extreme black pepper allergy and had asked what I could eat off of the menu. The manager Pricilla came out and went over the menu with me and even grabbed Chef Kristen who was very helpful as well. She assured me that she would personally make my food and the taco salad with grilled chicken was amazing. I will definitely be back again. My husband also LOVED his birria tacos!

First time visiting for Easter with my son and sister. The restaurant itself is really cool and the atmosphere was great. It wasn’t overly busy, which was nice, and the table-side guacamole was delicious.
That said, the prices are extremely high compared to other Mexican restaurants in the area. The guacamole was $17 and honestly looked like it was made with one avocado — good, but not much of it.
My bigger issue was with service. I ordered the taco salad and specifically asked for the cheese on the side. It came out with cheese all over it anyway. When I mentioned it, the waiter just said “sorry about that” and walked away — no offer to fix it or remake it. I ended up picking cheese out of my food.
Then the bill came and I noticed a $2.50 charge for a side of cheese that nobody ordered. I don’t normally complain about something small like $2.50 — that’s not the point — but it was frustrating considering they didn’t even follow the original request. The charge was removed when I pointed it out.
Overall the food was just okay, but between the high prices and lack of quality customer service, it’s not somewhere I’d return to again especially when there are so many other options nearby for half the price and way better flavor & who prioritize customer experience.

Five stars without hesitation.
Rocco’s Tacos has quite genuinely become one of my regular haunts, and a great deal of that is due to the remarkable staff behind the bar. Zach, the bar manager, runs the place with an effortless professionalism that you rarely encounter anymore. He keeps everything moving smoothly, remembers his guests, and somehow manages to make everyone feel like a welcome regular.
Nolan, one of the bartenders, is equally fantastic. Attentive, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable about what he’s doing, he makes sitting at the bar an experience rather than simply ordering a drink. The service is consistently warm and engaging, which is a large part of why I keep returning.
Over time I’ve found myself becoming a regular here, and I recommend Rocco’s Tacos to friends, coworkers, and visitors constantly. Between the lively atmosphere, excellent drinks, and the genuinely great people working there, it’s a place that’s very easy to keep coming back to.
If you’re considering stopping in, do yourself a favor and sit at the bar—you’ll see exactly what I mean. 🍹🌮

Just stopped for margaritas last night. Never again. Could not get service at bar high top tables. Had to go to bar and wait on yourself. So, we moved to the bar and it was dirty, not wiped down, and had plates filled with discarded food at one end. Not great atmosphere. The mango margurita was way too sweet and the skinny much too sour. Overpriced for what you got. And bartenders were eating while serving drinks. Had trouble with my bill that the bartender was unhappy about changing the name on the check. We had to ask for our credit card back. There are too many wonderful choices in LWR - we're just sorry we picked Rocco's Tacos. You used to be good when you first opened - what happened?????

Honestly if I could leave 0 stars I would. We were sat down at 6.30ish on Wednesday evening and the waitress ignored us for 15 minutes before just had to walk out.
She continued taking orders around us and clearing tables, going to get drinks and she looked right at us, walking past several times, but she didn't acknowledge us by saying she would be right over or welcome or anything. Just ignored us. Even when we motioned to her we were ready to order, just in case (benefit of the doubt) but she just completely ignored us.
My uncle then told me this isn’t a great restaurant, (he said why did you go there?!) honestly it looked like a beautiful space, it was a nice evening and we wanted to try some “Mexican” food. I wish I would have asked him first in hindsight as he is the one who lives local.
For a restaurant charging $23 + for a basic looking entree and so many restaurants to choose from in this area, the service needs to be better than this.
Certainly none of us will be back or recommend this place and it’s such a shame. The service was just appalling for no reason.
