  What a mistake stopping for lunch after shopping at Nordstrom Rack. I had the worst version of mongoliean beef ever. It was so salty ,and tasteless. Big mistake - never again

  My first time visiting and left extremely disappointed. Initiated the conversation with a young lady, informing my son has an extreme dairy allergy and if she could confirm which food(s) have dairy products. After inquiring from the (what appeared to be a manager), I was happy to place an order. Simple ask, if I could please get the 2 entree + 1 side, having the non dairy item in on tray and the 2 entrees on a separate tray, to ensure no cross contamination and potential risk. I was told this is not possible and would have to get 2 full meals, as they cannot or would not be able to (simply) provide me a separate tray. When clarifying my intent, an asking alternatively to have the side on a paper plate which I would usually get regardless, I was met with the upsetting glare and statement “we don’t do that, you have to get another meal because we put the meat here and here” — I considered the customer service to be extremely poor and condescending. I’m sure the food would have been equivalently as good as Panda Express but I was forced turned away based on the unprofessionalism. I could potentially be convinced to change my review as it is specific to the service provided by the employees, yet wanted to share, it does not seem understanding nor compassionate to the circumstances.

  I had the pleasure of dining at Pei Wei today and was only displeased by the arrival of an entitled Karen who came to pick up her food with nothing but complaints and a nasty attitude. The staff behind the register (I wanna say the young lady’s name was Shirley, and the young man was named Adrien) handled her extremely gracefully even when she continued to pester and provoke them and they gave her what she requested as quickly as possible so she wouldn’t disrupt the atmosphere of the restaurant and the other customers. Food service is difficult enough without people complaining about issues they have that you had nothing to do with. I hope she gets the gift card from corporate she obviously must’ve needed so badly, and I hope their manager rewards them for navigating the situation so well. I am always pleased with their food and customer service and will continue to support.

  This place has good food but absolutely horrible service. When you call to order you will almost always have them never answer or the phone just hangs up on you. Then when I drive up there to order everyone's standing around doing nothing. Just managed to get through on the phone and then when I came to get my order they said that she couldn't figure out how to put in the order but that she could take my order now and that it shouldn't take long because they're not busy. What were you doing for the last 15-20 minutes when I originally placed my order? There customer service is horrible and unfortunately this isn't just one bad experience, it is a recurring problem.
