- GJGavin Jackson3 days ago1.0Couple of things. First of just go through the drive through if you want your food. No one is at the counter to take your order. They are more focused on drive through and online orders. I've waited 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me. Other McDonald's are not like this. Also make sure you check your order before you leave always missing something. They try to claim they put it in the bag and you have to literally fight for your food.

The atmosphere was terrible — the place felt neglected, uncomfortable, and honestly unpleasant to even sit in. The dining area was visibly dirty, with trash left on tables and the floor looking like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. What made it worse was the staff. They were completely unresponsive and seemed to ignore customers entirely. I waited over 30 minutes for my order with no updates, and when I tried to ask about it, I was simply brushed off. It felt like no one cared at all about the customers or the quality of service. Overall, the employees came across as unmotivated and indifferent, as if they had no interest in doing their jobs properly. This place seriously needs better management, cleaner conditions, and staff who actually care. I would not recommend coming here.
