This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Staff was great. Just some heads up when you go you pay a 40.00/daily amenities fee for parking, bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards etc. which is nice but you have to pay if regardless of if you use it or not. So that was a surprise. We are diamond elite members and we’re a little taken back by that. But overall it is a very adorable, boutique feel. Pool is smaller and doesn’t get much sunlight which can be good or bad depending on what you like. Overall we were very happy with our stay! Also we had a pet and kids and it was extremely friendly to both!!

I would NOT recommend. We stayed here last week for 3 nights. The staff is rude and obviously unhappy to work there. We arrived at 3:15pm. Room was not available yet. Waiter at restaurant was overwhelmed and charged extra for items that should’ve been included. There are tons of extra charges appearing on our credit card. They charge an extra $40 a day to borrow broken, filthy beach chairs and umbrellas. Bikes are not maintained. One of the chains fell off 2 miles from the hotel. Rooms are spacious and newly renovated but smelled stuffy and musty. For this price point, they could do better. Not worth it.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location, everything else was very disappointing. Significantly overpriced. The room was noisy and uncomfortable, with construction right in front of the hotel starting at 9 a.m. every day, and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The room key stopped working every day, and there was always only one front desk staff member. Sometimes it took 20 minutes just to get the key working again because of the line, which was frustrating when I was simply trying to get back into the room. They also seemed clearly aware that this was a recurring issue. The room Wi-Fi was unusable, so working from the room was impossible. The pool is too tiny to swim there.

I’m not writing this review with the intention of discouraging you from staying here, I’m writing so that the hotel will see it and hopefully fix a few things around the edges. It’s a nice place with a clean room, a comfortable bed, and decent amenities. We had a stack of small-ish issues, and each one on its own wouldn’t have warranted a mention, but since there were quite a few, here goes. The first thing that happened was that we were given the keys to our room, except that it was already someone else’s room. Nobody was there, thank goodness, and we turned around and walked out. I shudder to think of the embarrassing and/or dangerous situation that could easily have arisen from that error. It also made me a bit paranoid that it could happen in our room too. The wifi in our room wasn’t usable at all. The front desk said that there were range extenders on order, but some rooms didn’t have wifi. We live outside the US, so our phone plans don’t have unlimited data. We rely on hotels having working wifi, so this was disappointing and inconvenient. The key cards kept demagnetizing. I needed to go from the fourth floor back to the front desk to get a new key 7-8 times during a 2-night stay. It wasn't being kept next to my phone. We ate breakfast in the restaurant both mornings. The server and the breakfast were better the second day. The first day, the server was maybe having a bad day - I don’t know - but he had an attitude problem with us. He was rude, frustrated and clearly unhappy doing his job. The desk clerk said that she’d put some points on our IHG account for the inconvenience of being sent to the wrong room, but as of eight day post-checkout they haven't appeared. It’s my understanding that this property is fairly new and they may still be working out the kinks. It’s not a bad place, just a few unfortunate things happened during our short stay. 2-night stay in March 2026

At the moment we arrived the concierge person said the room wasn’t ready and it was 3:15 PM she said we can take a smaller room with no price differential except a drink at the bar we had to pay $40 a day extra for the smallest pool beach chairs that were dirty and very old the next day we came for breakfast after 7 AM and the waiter said that the cook is not here yet so we didn’t have breakfast until 8:30 AM the day after that they charged us separately for coffee if it was after 7 AM I asked the waiter if he can cook my eggs well done he said no because the new cook was just hired that day we used their bicycles and midway through the chain came off and I had to walk my bike back over a mile it was not able to be put back on
