THE RUDEST PEOPLE THERE!!! called and told them our chicken was raw and showed them, still didn’t believe us threw away our whole meal and told us they couldn’t remake it…they mocked us and and refused to remake it. Laura and Jay were their names (two women). i have video proof of them making fun of us and talking bad about us as they remade our food. when they handed us the remade food they just like threw it on the counter and showed no care. very unprofessional!

Waited over 30mins when I was told 15-20mins. Finally got my food and my wings tasted like a chemical was on them and they tasted RAW. I didn’t even eat my wings just the fries because I was hungry. Calling to speak to a manager as we speak but of course they’re not answering the phone. Highly disappointed.

I had a bit of a rough start with a glitch on the Wingstop website, but the team here totally turned it around. They went the extra mile to make sure my order was perfect this time. Most importantly- the wings were piping hot and fresh when I picked them up. It’s rare to see a place take such genuine care to fix a technical issue. Huge props to the staff for the hustle! Especially Mr.B.

I have ordered here a number of times and never had a single issue. Food is always great and I’ve never had a complaint. I ordered through the mobile app last night like I always did and picked up my food. When I got home and took one bite, I was disgusted. The wings tasted extremely off, almost like a chemical, and had a rubbery consistency. The meat SQUEAKED when I would chew. I couldn’t eat the rest, it was awful. I thought maybe it was just me so I had someone else try one. They also said something was off. The next day (today) I called to get a refund. I was extremely polite and simply asked for a refund after telling the woman on the phone what the issue was. She at first said it probably wasn’t possible but then went to ask. I’m not sure if it was her or someone else that came back, but she said she’d have to pull up the order since it was last night. When I said “okay” she hung up a few seconds later without another word. Getting a refund for INEDIBLE FOOD shouldn’t be this difficult. I sent in a complaint through the app, maybe then I’ll get a refund.
