I ordered through the mobile app last night like I always did and picked up my food. When I got home and took one bite, I was disgusted. The wings tasted extremely off, almost like a chemical, and had a rubbery consistency. The meat SQUEAKED when I would chew. I couldn’t eat the rest, it was awful. I thought maybe it was just me so I had someone else try one. They also said something was off. The next day (today) I called to get a refund. I was extremely polite and simply asked for a refund after telling the woman on the phone what the issue was. She at first said it probably wasn’t possible but then went to ask. I’m not sure if it was her or someone else that came back, but she said she’d have to pull up the order since it was last night. When I said “okay” she hung up a few seconds later without another word. Getting a refund for INEDIBLE FOOD shouldn’t be this difficult. I sent in a complaint through the app, maybe then I’ll get a refund.
