I asked them if I could place an order they pointed to the corner and told me to order at the kiosk. I proceeded to order with my credit card and I was at my limit on my card and it was a balance of 12 cents which I proceeded to offer to pay $12 to the cashier at that time. They said the kiosk cannot be done that way. I was charged for the food and I was told I could not have the food. I asked for the manager I believe his name was Carter. He had no name tag on I had to ask him if he was the manager. My husband's in the hospital across the street just came out of ICU he wanted a Frosty. I'd ask the manager if he could comp the meal since I paid for it he refused. I'm livid I hadn't eaten since day before. This was like a circus over there. I will never go there again and I don't recommend anybody going there I got a disappointment
