- JJJesseNov 9, 20251.0How this Wendy’s is still even operating is beyond me. I asked for 3 frosty’s and when I tried to order the first frosty, the lady asked me to pull up to the window. When I pulled up to the window, she asked me “What’s your order?” I was able to order all my frosties and she told me to pull up to the “window”. There was no other window. There was just a door where another employee was, handing out food. I fully understand stuff happens and you have to make up a system that works but this ain’t it. The handful of times i’ve been to this Wendy’s I can’t say i’ve had a good experience unfortunately. Avoid this place.

On top of that she was incredibly rude and stopped us ordering mid way to tell us to just “go to the window” despite not being finished. once we got our order the wrap was completely stale, hard as rock, and the fries were cold and unsalted. avoid this place like the plague. i can’t even get a refund because no one speaks english there.
