- LLLDec 29, 20252.0I'm pleased now to see an ordering kiosk inside the location at the counter. Face to face ordering has always been an issue due to the language barrier. Today using the kiosk I ordered a Taco salad and a Jr Cheeseburger. Via the kiosk I customized the burger sandwich with no ketchup no mustard and add mayo. After leaving the location I found the burger had ketchup, mustard and mayo. So the kiosk hasn't solved that customer service issue. Location wasn't busy so I'm assuming it was easier for them to ignore my request and just add mayo to an already prepared Jr Cheeseburger. I haven't tried the Taco Salad but no changes were requested so there's still a glimmer of hope. I stopped in to use a $10 gift card from Christmas 2024. It worked fine but unfortunately this location has chosen not to provide receipts with your orders. Makes it convenient for them to avoid complaints making it to Wendy's corporate. Still very disappointed in Wendy's. I remember the days when Wendy's food was prepared correctly, was delicious and service was good.
