  Worst Wendy’s that we’ve encountered. The kiosk wasn’t working properly and when we asked the person in front he had a really bad attitude. It wasn’t our fault the kiosk wasn’t working. He was snarky and sarcastic with his comments. Then we observed him being very rude to another customer at the point of raising his voice. Will not be coming back to this location.

  Pulled up today and was greeted with “welcome to wendy’s” and I waited a moment before I started to order, then I was interrupted and told to wait, which wasn’t a problem. I had to repeat myself several times both when ordering my meal and desert and I spoke up so the woman taking my order, Lynda, could hear me. Well she decided to snap at me about “I just couldn’t hear you do didn’t need to yell” as if I hadn’t repeated myself 6 times total gradually getting louder. Then come to find out they were all out of my drink and I didn’t want to spend another second ordering with her attitude. I smiled at her while waiting for the other woman to bring me a water, and she had the nerve to say “god bless you.” Well, Lynda, god bless you because I go to this Wendy’s almost every week but never again. You shouldn’t work in food service if you are gonna ask people to repeat themselves and get angry at them when they speak up so you can hear them. There was no way for me to know if the mic wasn’t working right or if I was speaking too softly and you decided to snap on me for it. If you don’t want customers giving you attitude don’t give them attitude.
