They were friendly but informed me That the order was sent to a store that is 25 minutes away. She said I could cancel the order through the app and just have them make it there, but when I went outside and looked on my phone, I did not see an option. I went ahead and drove to the other Taco Bell(this location) And called them when I was on the way, five times, with no answer. Three of the calls were picked up and hung up on me. Two of the calls just rang. when I finally got to this location I went inside and stood in front of the registers for a few minutes watching the young lady who was behind the line with her gloves on pull out her phone text and then proceeded to continue to make food without changing her gloves.

I'm done accepting offers from here when the lobby isn't open. Staff need serious training there's no excuse for wait times this long
