They remained open with a full menu on DoorDash and uber eats despite only the two available items. When I arrived to pick up, they told me I had to tell the customer to cancel because they didn’t have their order. I had to go through support to unassign the order. Flashback to this morning and my account has been reported as food picked up but not delivered. Why? I’m guessing either they reported me directly or because the restaurant stayed open on the apps despite having no food, and the order was reassigned. I think this is some sort of a scam they are running. If the customer cancels, they must still get paid for the food they never prepared.
