Called and left messages last weekend about the wooden bits/splinters that were in my chocolate covered gummy bears though and never got a call back. Disappointed to say the least... really wanted to just let them know so they could discard and it did not happen to someone else... and to just be acknowledged... my daughter definitely wanted to go back.
