Thank you Shea for your help on such a big day!!! The food was amazing too, I’ve never seen a pizza look so perfect when opening the box, this is the best papa John’s in Town!!!

When we tried to call and inquire on the status, it took multiple calls as they didn’t answer the phone. Once we spoke to someone we were told the order had just left and he hung up on us. The delivery service said he was waiting around for 20 minutes for the order. The food arrived cold. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store!

As a former worker at papa John's store 4885 Golden Gate Pkwy, Naples, FL 34116 it is absolutely saddening to see such terrible work. None of the breadsticks were to standard. The papadias came in sloppy and extremely light on all toppings. This is unacceptable and management needs to find a new crew.

I used to love papa johns but this location really pissed me off with their terrible food. Lack of toppings ! Dry crust ! I ordered steak and Italian sausage and it came out with NO steak at all ! They barely put veggies on it. $37 for this is brutal !
