It was missing an item, and I only had noticed it when I arrived home. Today on the website I had ordered a Mitten cookie, and when I went to pick it up and I went to check to make sure that the order was correct this time. Instead of giving me the mitten cookie they gave me a pumpkin cookie when I went to tell them it wasn’t what I ordered they told me that cookie wouldn’t be available until December. Even though on the website it let me order the cookie the person who attended me told me that the cookie was the same but it is not. I ordered that cookie for my daughter and for her it had to be that cookie specifically, it’s what she wanted. If that cookie isn’t available until December then it should not be available to order on the website.
