    The lady operating the drive-through is inefficient, incapable, and absolutely positively a meanie!!! She’s resentful. She serves the community, precious delicious cheeseburgers. And it ain’t right. Waited about 21 minutes after ordering through my app and was told to order ketchup to the app when I ask for ketchup at the window. What is this world come to?

    I didn't even want to give it one star we went in to order the Grinch meal paid had a seat waited 40 mins. Saw the only thing they were interested in is the drive thru they seemed overwhelmed we had enough of waiting went to get our money back the mgr couldn't even apologize for the Wait nothing didn't say anything but just throw money around opened up the door gave us a receipt of our refund not even saying I'm sorry for the unbelievable work ethic that was going on there witness them Miss paying somebody didn't know how to give change to somebody it was the craziest McDonald's I've ever seen I wouldn't go here and if there's other complaints you should let the corporation know the lady manager there was not very well kept very dirty the whole place was handled by people that didn't even care shame on you
