We could see our bag with outr order number sitting in the kitchen, and it remained there for a bit. When we finally got the attention of staff, the woman looked at us weird and said "we were calling you". They were not. We were in the restaurant the entire time, by the counter. They forgot about our order and couldn't even admit it.

Had to practically beg for napkins and ketchup, management must dock employees if they give away condiments, that is the only explanation I can come up with why employees are so resistant to handing them out. Husband stood at counter to order food for 5 minutes while staff just ignored him.
