    This place is lacking for the price you are paying. Old air conditioners do not remove the humidity and are very loud. Walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors. I arrived at 3 to check in on a Tuesday but my room wasn't available. I came back at 7 to wait 30 minutes because there was only one person to work the front desk and she was fixing the wifi which was on and off the full 4 days. The location is perfect but there are newer hotels in the area that I will consider next time I'm in town. The staff is friendly and they are trying but their computer system is also bad. It checked me out on day 2 of my 4 day stay.

    Mixed feelings about this stay. Really loved the size of the shower and the quality bath amenities. Also LOVED they had a water dispenser on each floor with sparkling water! Although the room was large, there was much wasted space and it didn’t flow well. Bonus points for having a closet, as the trend seems to be against that now. The keycards are ridiculous - during the entire stay they didn’t work once. We were at the front desk so often during our 3 day stay, that they would start issuing the new card as we approached them - no questions asked. While in principle, having a restaurant onsite is a good thing, this restaurant seemed really awkward and it didn’t serve breakfast. I found this to be strange. We didn’t eat there. My husband and I are platinum elite members. For this trip, our status and brand loyalty gave us absolutely nothing - it wasn’t even acknowledged. In fact, even though I arrived @ 1pm, check-in was @ 3pm, I didn’t get my room until 4:30pm. The staff (with the above exception) was consistently wonderful. Friendly, helpful and even playful at times - they were absolutely the best part of our stay! Many, many thanks to Kenny, Tiffany, and especially Julie, who was kind enough to give us at late check-out of 2pm. I don’t think she knew about our status, but was able to accommodate us nonetheless. Looks like she treats everyone as platinum elite, which is exactly what a hospitality professional should do.

    No funcionó nunca el wifi, nunca dejaron la cantidad de toallones que debían y llegamos a dejar un cartel diciendo la cantidad de personas. Cero predisposición a hablar en español, trabajan en hoteleria, una persona por turno debería hablarlo. No solucionan nada.

    Hotel bonito. Bien ubicado. Recepción amable , aunque faltó comunicar con anticipación algunos costos adicionados a la tarjeta. Me pareció muy bueno que en el piso se disponía de microondas, máquina de hielo, dispensador de agua caliente, fría y gasificada. Sillas de playa en muy mal estado y sucias. Carecían de sombrillas por más que en la reserva nos indicaron que contábamos con ella.

    Showed up at 3pm for our pre-paid room, with our hotel CONFIRMATION email IN HAND and we were told there were no rooms available. No offer of a refund or any additional information. Provided us with a hand written piece of paper directing us to drive an additional 30 minutes out of our way to an inferior hotel, which was no where near the event we had tickets for… tried asking the front desk clerk for more information but she refused to answer us or make eye contact. Just said there were no rooms available. Claimed they attempted to reach us prior to check in by phone but no attempt was made.
