I understand inflation, but at nearly 12 dollars for a burger and almost 7 dollar for a medium fry you would figure on getting what the company has been doing for years. Use to get a ton of fry's now they put them in a small brown bag instead of the cup, making the base a dripping bigger brown sac of grease. 30 percent higher in price with 30 percent decrease in quantities. Obviously upper management that have no idea of what made them popular to begin with. Get rid of the CEO. Several other people in line waiting for their orders made the exact same comment after they got their sacs of dripping grease. Will never eat here (Meaning five guys as a whole) ever, ever again and am sure others will be doing the same thing. If could give less than a one star review would do it happily.

While driving home, I started eating my fries and noticed most of them were hard, and tasted off — almost like they had been refried or overcooked. Then I bit into my burger and one entire side of the patty was burnt. It had a crunchy, charred texture and a strong overpowering burnt taste. (9:10pm it was pretty dark so I didn’t notice at first.)

The manger tried to make new Cajun fries but it was beyond salty. The burgers were mushy didn’t taste good like the meat wasn’t fresh. The floors and tables outside were so dirty and gross as others have said. I would say this place is in a state of major neglect and downfall. Their standards a just too low for a Five Guys establishment. Find a better one than this.

The manager Whitney is a wonderful manager, I have been in restaurant business for over 20 years and she is kind , greeted with a smile and very professional. I will continue coming to this five guys location just because of her and the staff .
