Ordered through the app and everything was perfect. The food was fresh and exactly what we expected. One small suggestion: it would be great if the app included a preference option for light salt or no salt on the fries. When we arrived and asked, the staff happily made our fries with no salt, which we really appreciated. Also, I was excited to see that shakes are now available at our location—yay! Overall, a great experience and we’ll definitely be back.

Came in mainly for the fries because I wanted Cajun fries, got regular fries after 10 mins of waiting while no one was there other than 1 customer, when I complained that they weren’t Cajun the guy couldn’t understand me and handed me Cajun seasoning. You’re literally supposed to put the seasoning on the fries out of the oil so it sticks. I expected them to take it back and make it properly but I guess not. Probably won’t be back. Kinda messed up to spend $40 for burgers and fries to not even get what you ordered

The manager was very rude and unhappy as well as the employees. my boyfriend and i ordered and they gave us the wrong one, so he went up and nicely said it’s the wrong order. he yelled and got mad and gave him horrible looks while he was making our actual order and when he gave him the bag he ripped it.

Ordered a cheeseburger with pickles and lettuce. Was given a burger with only patty and ketchup. When I went inside to get it fixed I was just handed lettuce and pickles wrapped in greasy tin foil. If you mess up an order, you remake and fix the order. Not throw tin wrapped lettuce at the problem. I then asked if it could be remade because I did not ask for a side of lettuce, I wanted it on my burger, and I was rudely glanced at by the staff, then ignored entirely. Would probably help if the staff had an ounce of care for the work they do. Maybe that’s why they work at a burger joint.
