SECOND, the only issue is with the Drive-Thru sign because there are NO DONUT pics or descriptions for the customer to review. The only pics and descriptions of donuts was a little sign on bottom right that shows only the Holiday Salted Chocolate Donut Rolls. It is too much for the customer to listen too from the Drive-Thru employee to describe all the various donuts. How can this be missed..?? I don't know if this effects ALL locations or just this one.!! For a Company that's SIGNATURE item are donuts, where is the reasoning in leaving this off the Drive-Thru Sign..???? This should be you're main focus, with everything else (sandwiches, etc.) being secondary. Since there are signs on the outside of the main sign that swivels, why don't you put a LONG SIGN above the main sign, which could always display the various donuts you provide. COME ON EXECUTIVES OF DUNKIN.!!!!!
