The first time, I was the only one in the drive thru, asked for a sweet coffee and got recommended un-sweetened flavors. Which is fine, everybody makes mistakes. I showed up later in the day before work, ready to order another coffee. There were three cars including mine in the drive thru, with no one walking in. I sat at the order area for 15 minutes, making me late for work, and just decided to leave. I thought maybe they are just understaffed or dealing with something else, but I was a little frustrated. After the gym this morning, when they are busiest, I thought about going. I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes, watched 10 people park their cars, walk in, and walk out with coffee and food, only to be served cold food, and my coffee order was completely wrong and unbearable. I am so unbelievably frustrated by this location and I haven’t had issues with any other Dunkin like this. I will never be back to this location again.
