- RBRonald BusbeeDec 16, 20251.0It was not busy at all inside with one guy sleeping in lobby with blanket, an elderly male waiting for his order, and a young female just ordering at counter. I get up to order at the register and female kept getting my order messed up when giving order back to me. She had a sense of taking over me when I'm trying to give my order. I'm waiting for my order and everyone is getting their order, except the elderly male (probably about 80 years old). He questioned about his order politely and the male making his two simple coffees had them done quickly but wouldn't check on his one breakfast sandwich by stating "That's a separate department." The guy was waiting for 5-10 min prior to me, while his elderly wife sat in their car. Then while waiting for my second coffee, the guy at register was cursing several times at the lady at register and stating he can't work under this pressure. The elderly guy got his order and walked out with no apology from anyone (except the guy making the coffees was making un-called for comments about the elderly man). I watched him and his wife eating in their vehicle before driving off. The kindness, politeness, and professionalism by the staff at the register & coffee area was horrible. They don't consider the impact their comments made to the other guests in the lobby when comments are made out loud or under their breath about the elderly male.
