I am staying at a nice hotel for a needed relaxing time and I have sensory issues so when my pizza was delivered “Uncut” I had to tear it apart by hand and it really ruined my relaxing dinner. I hate dominos for this. I will be returning to PIZZA HUT!

Today we ordered just one large pizza, as there was only 2 of us working, at 12:05pm we were quoted @45min for order. We are 1.7 miles away from this location. At 1:25pm we had not received our order and called to inquire, we were told that they could have the pizza to us in another 15min, at that point we told them don't worry just cancel it. My employee was told that we would now be blocked and could no longer order from them anymore. I called back and asked for the store number and a corporate phone #, I was then put on the phone with Matt claiming to be the manager, Matt claimed that since they were a franchise store that I was wasting my time and corporate would just send them a message to reach out and solve the issue. Obviously if the manager told us this and we were banned from ordering than there is no solution other than we will no longer do business with this store. Good luck to Jose the franchise owner.
