Every single table was dirty ,we literally had to clean our own table before sitting down. We waited 30 minutes in line because everything was moving painfully slow. The food bar was absolutely disgusting. I didn’t even take a picture out of respect, but everything was mixed together ,beans in the meat, rice in the beef, sour cream spilled into everything. As someone with allergies, this is beyond unacceptable and honestly disrespectful. They didn’t even have forks available. When I asked the cashier for one, he rolled his eyes and walked away , and never came back. The drinks area was filthy and completely disorganized. The last time I visited, they didn’t even have basic ingredients like cheese, chicken, or black beans. How does that even happen? Overall, this was extremely disappointing. Do better. And please open more locations in Venice so customers don’t have to keep driving to this one.

Server I just come back from Chick-fil-A and had a mouth full of food. Still had her drinking hand. Walk to the sink to wash your hands took two seconds basically rinse them lightly still chomping away with a mouth full of food and put on gloves. So disgusting. I walked out.
