The restaurant was filthy with soda puddling on the floor near the dispenser, a floor mat was rolled up and laid over the bar height chairs. Trash littered all over the floor - it was gross. The soda dispenser had no ice and the soda was flat. And as I’m typing this review a guy behind me was filling up his cup with some iced tea and the spigot broke off sending a stream of iced tea across the floor 😂😂 what is going on? The food was somehow bland compared to other chipotles, and their Tabasco sauce selection was limited to only original Tabasco sauce…. All in all, it was bad. Quite bad.

The employee who assisted me was rude and unprofessional, which unfortunately was not the first time I’ve had this issue at this location. My order was prepared incorrectly, a side I requested was thrown away, and the portion sizes were noticeably smaller than other customers’. Overall, this visit was frustrating, and I hope this feedback helps improve customer service in the future.

Everything was out of stock, with lines out the door and a 20-minute wait—only to reach the front and be told there’s no rice or proteins and to wait another 30 minutes. No consideration, no customer service, and no professionalism at this location. If I could give zero stars, I would. When running a promo, plan ahead and make enough to meet the demand.
