  Was told by the cashier that water cups now only come with kids meals, and that was a decision by the manager of this chipotle in particular. Raised prices and skimpy with the meat and now you can’t get tap water. Ridiculous. UPDATE: after posting this, I was eating outdoors, and I saw another table with water cups. They did not have kids meals.

  This location is the worst one I've ever been to. Every night between 7pm and 8pm they are out of one of the two rice options, and they start to run out of the proteins. They always have a line to the door with how busy they are, and they don't keep up on the food to support the demand they have. Their employees are also extremely unprofessional, and very rude. They look at and talk to the customers as if they're an inconvenience. They are also always messing around with each other on the line, or on their phones in front of customers. They are open until 11pm now, however they seem to always ensure that they are out of product sooner in the night, so they aren't as busy near closing time.

  I had food poisoning instantly I arrived at 1:28 pm. I made a police report before I came to Chipotle about harassment. There was a white guy standing in front of me with a camera directly pointed on me. Which I move away from him (check the cameras) then I saw the team members leave the front counter and I should of left because it was suspicious. Right after I consumed the Chipotle bowl I had two bowel movements and couldn't sit up. Nauseated and headache and still having diarrhea. I'm struggling to get out of bed. My food was intentionally poisoned and I will have the cameras reviewed. 12/30/25 at 1:28pm I was in the Chipotle. I'm writing this review at 2:51 am in the morning still nauseated. Sick to me stomach with cramps. It's 12/31/25 waiting to get the strength to go to ER.

  I was impressed on well they handled my order and reminded me of my guacamole which I knew I didn’t get right away. Chipotle always usually has good food so that’s not an issue. It could be cleaned up a bit more but besides that it’s solid.

  The food itself was good, but the portions were incredibly small. I even asked two servers to put more chicken and they told me they were not allowed to after only giving me 3/4 of a scoop. The servers had messy hair styles so high probability to get it on the food. The tables were dirty, we had to ask 3 people to clean up ours ( the one for 6 people) until someone ,with an attitude, showed up to do it and badly. We asked for guacamole, the server said there was none left but ten minutes later we realized they had it. Definitely Chipotle needs to do something about cleanliness, starting by their staff. The UTC shopping center it’s too nice to have a Chipotle with this kind of service and appearance.
