  This is the 2nd time I have ordered late around 9pm one bowl I only get steak, rice, beans, lettuce and Guacamole and they didn't have any lettuce but had some for online only. They also did not have any chocolate milk for the kids meals, they had no chips ready either for the kids meals and coped an attitude when one employee told the cashier that there was a bin of chips in the back and he needed to put them in bags. When I arrived, no one greeted me.I waited for about five minutes or so because everyone was huddled around the cashier discussing how they were going to split the tips for the night since some people were going home. This is the second time I've gone so late. The first time I did my rice was uncooked. I could not eat it. I took the bowl back the next day (manager gave me my money back) and the cashier killed a cockroach by the cash register with the bag that he was gonna put my bowl in that should have been my last chance with them.But no, since they are only five minutes away, I decided to give them another chance late at night and I rather drive to the one that is further down on fruitville, instead. They really need to have an "adult" 30 and up as night management to keep an eye on them. The service was just awful tonight.

  Dirty tables and we were first customers of the day. Night shift did not do their job.

  I used to love this place and the food, but my last visit was unacceptable. Yes, portions are getting smaller everywhere — that’s understandable. What is NOT acceptable is the filthy condition of this restaurant. There were cockroaches running around, no soap in the restroom, the sink was clogged, and the overall cleanliness was absolutely terrible. It felt unsanitary and unsafe. Because of these serious health concerns, I have filed a complaint with the health department. Until major improvements are made, I will not be returning. Very disappointing.

  Service was terrible, Waited 10 minutes while the works just talked to each other and messed around not taking anyone’s orders. Then told me they didn’t have guac, yet another employee was putting some on a bowl. When i asked if i could have a side of guac and they told me No it’s for online orders only. Avoid this place.
