Can’t keep this place clean ever! Garbage cans always overflowing, trash on floor and tables . Can only imagine how dirty the back kitchen is we can’t see when they allow the area we can see to be this dirty always. No wonder why they had a listeria break out

So my wife left a review as well but I think it needs another one. The staff kids who care less. Which unfortunately is the new norm. But my real issue was the total lack of cleanliness of the tables and utensils area. No tea or options other than soda. The ice was over flowing on to the floor. When they are that dirty where you can see, imagine what you can’t see looks like. We couldn’t find a table, chair or area to eat due to it being so nasty. Do better Chipotle. All 3 locations have terrible reviews. Lucky for them kids who make up of most of their customer base don’t care either.

Absolutely the dirtiest chipotle I have ever been in. The front barely made eye contact. The were bickering or flirting between themselves the whole time. Then were unable to offer lettuce in house, they had an hour before closing. The restaurant was filthy and I definitely wouldn’t eat onsite. Took my food home and it’s going to be tough eating with the environment it was made in. Plenty of staff so I’m just not sure why it was so nasty. UTC area is beautiful and if an inspection was done it would be shut down.

I mean this place is in a central area in one of the most populated areas. Why do they have such few people on the line? I got here at 3:46pm it's 3:55 pm and we've only moved 2 customers since then. This is a travesty...I most likely will be here 25 mins and only 15 people ahead of me when I got here. I was trying to pick something up before work and I guessed 15 mins might be enough time or at least close to it...not the case this is an extremely poorly run operation. Foods delicious and fresh and the restaurant and restrooms are always clean

I don’t normally write bad reviews unless it’s absolutely necessary, but this chipotle is by far the worst and most disgusting one I’ve gone to. The food is extremely mid, the sodas taste super flat and old, the drink station is absolutely terrifying. It’s so dirty and there’s a big spill infront of the machine that none of the employees bother to clean, which is insane cause that would be a HUGE lawsuit if someone falls. The ice is overflowing. We saw an employee sweep the floor, then serve food to another customer with the same gloves. It’s just SUPER unsanitary and it seems like management doesn’t care to fix any of the issues considering the amount of terrible reviews. This place is disgusting, either clean it up or just shut it down at this point. It’s not my first time coming to this location and every single time I’ve come it’s been the exact same.
