  Always a great experience. So convenient to order online and pick up on the way home from work. Food was amazing. To go specialists were friendly & efficient.

  Great lunch beyond excellent customer service by jason!!!! Beautiful, clean restaurant. He even left a smile on our face when he wrote a comment on our to-go bag. We'll definitely visit on next trip to sarasota.

  We asked for coffee and got cold coffee. They did not have what the said. The place was only half full and not busy. When I spoke to the manager her excuse for bad food and services that it New Years Eve and busy, but they were not very busy. I told her I wouldn't be back and she seemed more concerned about my review than loosing a customer. Don't eat there and Sarasota there is plenty good restaurants 😉

  We came in on NYE and we were immediately seated there was no wait and the place was not crowded. It was in the lower 50’s outside so we both ordered coffee. Our waitress said she would make us a fresh pot. When the coffee arrived it was barely warm. We asked if we could have fresh or have the coffee we had warmed up. They took our coffee to the back where it was microwaved (which was fine). It arrived warmer than it was but not really “hot”. The waitress came and took our food order. When they took my boyfriend’s order we found out his favorite item was no longer on the menu. He orders the short rib which comes with glazed carrots and mashed potatoes. They are out of the mashed potatoes and ask if he would rather have pasta instead. He really wanted the mashed potatoes (he’s a tater guy) but says ok to the pasta. It is a long wait for the food which is to be expected but when it arrives it is put down in front of us without a word. Mine looks ok his doesn’t. He expected plain pasta on his plate in place of the potatoes, but instead gets pasta with marinara sauce. He isn’t into red sauce but there is no one around to fix the problem. We start eating. My meal isn’t great. I ordered the chicken Alfredo by the way. My pasta is in a big wad in the middle I had to eat around the edges. My chicken was ok what there was of it and the green peas were hard as rocks. But that Caesar salad always hits. I would get that again. So the waitress comes back finally. Our coffee was long gone she never once got a refill and she never got us our fresh pot. We finally are able to explain the problems we were having and she said she was sorry and would speak to her manager. They did comp the meal which was nice but it wasn’t the experience we were hoping for for our NYE. We wouldn’t go back to this location.

  This location is on point. From the moment you enter , until the time you leave. I sat down and it was like the A team. Get seated by 1 person. Sever takes your order and stuff gets to the table really fast. 1 person brought my soup, another person brought my bread and server came back with drinks right after that. Very fast and speedy service. Jason the server is really good at his job. the team the this location is 2nd to none.
