  Adam, the maggiordomo, was energetic and fun when he greeted us. Travis, our server, started out well and was very good about answering menu questions, but spent so much time promoting the "take home meals" one couple felt so pressured they declined just to make him stop. Later, it seemed he was doing the same thing with the group behind us that we couldn't get his attention with a need. I don't recall his ever asking how our meals were and the chicken marsala dish was "lacking" for want of a better word, tasting like grilled chicken with a thin sauce. He put our take home meals in bags on floor alongside our booth instead of putting them aside for us. We felt a little rushed...

  I’ve been coming to this Carrabbas location for over 20 years. The current staff is wonderful, Halena - is an accomplished mixologist and treats her customers with care and respect. James is a great manager and when he was transferred back to this location a few years ago it greatly improved. Mathew is also an amazing bartender and server and with the success of their wine dinners he is a good organizer along side James. We love the creative wine dinner food and quality. Additional shout outs to Gia, and Allison.

  We visit the Carrabba’s on Stickney Point frequently and enjoy the friendly atmosphere and service provided by bartenders Halena and Allison. Both are energetic, thoughtful and treat us with care and respect. They both know our preferences for drinks and food. Carrabba’s should be proud to have them as employees and we and many of our friends return over and over again because of them both. When they are behind the bar together they make a great team

  We had a wonderful experience at Carrabba’s Italian Grill thanks to Travis! The lasagna was absolutely delicious — rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The Chicken Marsala was just as amazing, tender with incredible flavor. Travis was very attentive and extremely friendly, making sure we had everything we needed and checking in at just the right times. His great attitude really made our meal even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
