  Dear Bonefish Grill Management, I’m writing to share my deep disappointment with my recent experience at your Florida location. Bonefish Grill has always represented a dependable, polished dining experience — a place known for quality seafood and well-executed signature dishes. Unfortunately, this visit fell far below that standard. The Bang Bang Shrimp, typically a standout item, was poorly executed and unappetizing. The texture and flavor were noticeably off, lacking the balance and quality that made it a signature dish in the first place. Even more concerning was the hollandaise sauce was broken and greasy, with an appearance and texture that resembled separated oil rather than a smooth, properly emulsified sauce. It was visually unappealing and tasted just as disappointing. This wasn’t simply a matter of preference — it was a clear decline in execution and quality. When dining at a restaurant with Bonefish Grill’s reputation and price point, basic culinary standards should be consistently upheld. Instead, the meal was one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve had. As a long-time customer who has associated your brand with reliability and quality, this experience was genuinely disheartening. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and reviewed with the appropriate team, as it reflects a level of inconsistency that risks undermining the reputation your restaurant has built.

  We had a large group for a surprise birthday party, and Bonefish's flexibility, service and food were all fantastic. In particular, John, the event team lead, made every single person feel welcome and made everything run super smoothly. Many, many thanks for your warm and wonderful service!

  Usually my experience here is really good but not so much last night. Me and my friends felt really rushed we noticed our waitress Christina left as soon as we did which is why we was rushed cause it was time for her to get off. Then felt a little insulted to have the manager on duty come to check on us and ask if we was only there for apps and the $5 dollar mondays which I had no idea about the $5 dollars monday food was great although it took us to ask about bread to be brought out

  Tara the bartender was absolutely terrible! We normally sit at the bar because we enjoy the bartenders service. She was terrible. Totally catering to a couple next to us. Not that we wanted all the attention but we just wanted service. She forgot my husband’s drinks twice. The other threesome to our left, she was giving them horrible service too. All cause she could talk about was her wedding and how nervous she was and her cut on her finger. The manager, I believe with the ponytail on top of her head flapping around was also totally not aware of how poorly the service was for us. It was extremely aggravating and a total disappointment. We worked with Larry a very long time ago at the Outback and sad to say these two did not represent well.

  we decided to come here for a small anniversary and boy was it the right place to go. from start to finish, phenomenal service, magnificent hospitality, and a sense of being welcomed beyond human comprehension, Holly and Josh, fantastic, both tended to us as if we were royalty, the hostess, short girl with curly dark hair and glasses, holding the door open for us on our way out, and welcoming us wishing us a happy anniversary on our way in. and to top everything off, fulfilling my request of flowers on the table upon arrival. I will definitely be visiting again with the permanent memory of how exceptional the service was at this location. god bless the staff here.
