    Hello, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a very poor experience my family and I had at your location today around 6:50 PM. When we arrived, we initially thought the store was closed because no one greeted us or acknowledged our presence. Eventually, an employee named Alex (Black female) approached the counter after some time. While approaching, she was eating food, then put her hands back inside her jacket and stood at the counter looking at us without saying anything. We greeted her first, and she only waved without speaking. When we told her we were ready to order whenever she was ready, she responded by asking if we wanted to order from Dunkin or Baskin, but throughout the interaction she displayed a very poor attitude and lack of professionalism. I asked her politely if she was okay to take our order or if she preferred that we leave. She replied that she was there to do her job, but her behavior clearly suggested otherwise. I mentioned that her attitude from the beginning did not reflect someone willing to assist customers. When we again said we were ready to order, she told us we could leave and that she was not going to serve us. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. As a result, we will not be returning to this location, and you have lost four customers. You may verify this incident by reviewing the security cameras from today at approximately 6:50 PM.     I called this Baskin-Robbins location to inquire about student rewards programs on behalf of my school. Instead, or receiving a simple polite answer, I was transferred between three different people, each of whom interrupted me and spoke in a condescending, mocking tone. Their behavior was rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. As a school counselor, I often look for ways to partner with business to encourage and rewards students, and this experience left me very disappointed. Even if no program exists, respect and courtesy should always be part of customer service. I hope owners takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training so that future callers are treated with professionalism.

    You might want to install cameras or check the integrity of your employees. My boyfriend was just in there to order ice cream for us. He came back & said it was an "interesting" experience. I had given him 3 gift cards I had, to use for the purchase. He said the 2 employees kept telling him that it would be cheaper to pay by cash. What?? Allegedly, they tried to run the gift cards & told him all 3 were expired or had zero balance. This is BS, as evidenced by my photos that I have saved from checking the balances tonight. Screenshots are dated but I'm unable to upload here. I have $15 available. These employees either need to be trained, investigated for wanting customers to pay cash only, or terminated....

    Pretty below average.... Chocolate Shake thin /runny and staff was not too interested or friendly with plenty of frowns .. will be getting ice cream somewhere else next time 😕
