  I can't believe how long the wait was, they need help. Very slow service for when your paying $12 for a bacon and egg bagel and small coffee.

  It should not take 25 minutes to get a single bagel!! I will give them another chance. Hopefully it's better!!!

  Not a great experience. Gent at counter was not very friendly. Didn't ask if wanted toasted or not. Even though Mitchell said name as Mitch twice, he still called him Ben and that was how it was anounced. Dark Roast almost empty and then as I take bottom of barrel ...it's not hot. Very tight atmosphere. No care on the sandwich prep as well as being thrown in bag on edge. Again we went out of the way to get Einstein instead of just hitting our usual Wawa or Racetrac....won't be making that mistake again. Waste of half hour to be unhappy and charged unreasonably as they would not give egg and and coffee deal...when you could build your own and get charged extra to do so. Sadly done with trying only 2 out of 6 have been good experiences.

  I had an egg shell in my sandwich and no bacon in my sandwich as well. They gave us the wrong order.

  This is the 2nd time we ordered from this location, first time food was unraveled in the bag. So figured hey give 'em another shot right? Well wrong! First the bagels were all wrong, but was gonna eat it anyway, then I went to open my bagel to add salt and pepper and noticed they cooked my damn eggs with a damn product sticker!!! Like seriously! How do you not notice the black sticker in the white eggs!!!! Never ordering from there again.
