  Single person working, stood in line for 10 minutes and the employee STILL didn’t see/acknowledge we were waiting. Clearly was talking on their phone where customers could see. Ended up leaving because the wait was ridiculous. Had the employee been doing there job and actually making drinks/food I’d be more understanding but after 10 minutes of waiting and not even being acknowledged I was over it.

  there was a guy working the register really rude like he probably in his 40s to 50s and i was ordering food and i hear say that why is that customer coughing in a nasty tone and they should read a book by its cover because they person has cancer and can’t control his coughing so giving a nasty tone behind someone’s back isn’t right and they are supposed to wear there name bags they don’t at all and they made my food good and burnt the food with guys food that has cancer like come on be more respectful like there is 15 years that are more mature

  Very disappointed in the short lady with jet black hair. She was yelling at staff like they were a bunch of children. The next time she wants to reprimand staff about putting "cold cream" on a coffee, she needs to do it in private. I'm surprised you can keep staff at that store if she talks to all of them like that...do better lady!
