  Very bad experience at Dunkin'. It seems that they don't care about DoorDash orders at all. Whenever I go to pick up an order, they take a long time and leave the delivery men waiting without any explanation. Meanwhile, they first serve the customers who are in the store. This affects both drivers and customers who are waiting for their food. They should improve the organization and respect all orders equally. I don't recommend this place if you're going to order by delivery."

  Waited almost 35 minutes in the drive thru with only one car in front and one behind. Not good when we are trying to get to work. They didn’t have some ingredients for my order which that happens. But the window attendant had a not so friendly attitude. No Smile no apology for not having what I ordered, and another employee walking around with his sleeves rolled up and tattoos showing like a thug. Not a professional environment at all. The drive thru was full of water from rain with no drainage system in place. Just an over all bad experience. Also didn’t have the mobile app up and available to use.

  This place needs to just be closed down until there is all new staff and management. I order on DoorDash because their drive-thru was horrendous. I wait in the parking lot for 30 minutes for my order to be ready. I walk in and the front door is locked, they signal to me the lobby is closed so I get back in my car and go to the drive thru. I get to the speaker and said I have a door dash order and they tell me to drive to the window. I wait for another 40 minutes in their ridiculous line. I get to the window and tell them the name and she says these exact words “we don’t have anything to make your food. None of it. Sorry. We are out of everything” I take a deep breath and notice people are now walking in the lobby?? So I said “no problem I’ll come inside and deal with this” I go in the lobby and they tell me they can’t give me a refund there isn’t a manager on duty. There are dozens of angry customers and the staff is cursing and yelling at each other. I tuned all of it out at this point and as they are telling me I need to come back another day and called DoorDash for my money back. Door dash can’t get in contact with the store so they just closed all of it out and wiped their hands with it. My take on this, Fire everyone there for what is clearly a regular issue there (look at the reviews) they should have closed down for the day if they “have nothing to make for anyone” but instead they just kept taking orders and scrambling to make whatever they can. Customers were trying to make their own food behind the counter and the restaurant was definitely going to fail health inspection. Absolute disaster of a restaurant none of those people should ever be left alone again.

  This was a very disappointing experience. When I was ordering the employee wasn’t paying attention and seemed to be distracted. When I realized she messed up my order I politely asked her to remake it and she rolled her eyes, filled the cup all the way to the top with ice, and gave me a drink filled up 3/4 of the way. There were also other employees swearing and eating behind the counter. I witnessed them being rude to another customer as well. I’d definitely go to another place and save the trouble.

  Absolutely worst and slowest service on earth. There were three cars ahead of us and it took them 37 minutes to serve three cars. Made us late for an extremely important meeting because we couldn't get out of line with the way their drive through is.
