  This morning coming from customer service background they had several working the drive through only when they had customers in line this happen 1040 am on a Sunday I notice drive through was getting all the attention not customer inside them all of sudden I asked the older nice couple they been waiting on they said no they said they been there awhile this needs to be brought up and be address I get there be 4 to 5 workers on drive through not enough on inside customer service there nice at the moment waiting in seeing older couple senior citizens waiting just upsets me need to do better thanks

  Went through the drive-through at 8:45 AM. It was very quiet. I ordered two hashbrowns and two orders of stuffed bagel mini everything’s as well as a regular bagel with egg and cheese and a iced coffee. They asked me to park and wait for my food. When I inquired about how long would I need to wait, she wouldn’t tell me, but only said a little while. Five real minutes later, a woman brought my food out. I had requested catch up through the drive-through and I asked her to please give me a second to make sure that the ketchup was placed in the bag. The ketchup was not placed in the bag, and when I reached into the bag, I moved the small paper containingthe hashbrowns and quickly noticed they were cold. They felt like an ice cube-cold. I asked the lady why they would make me wait for so long and then bring out cold food. She said to me, I didn’t know your food Was cold because I wasn’t gonna touch your food. “I didn’t have no gloves to touch your food”. I thought it was very odd thing to say. I called to speak with the manager because I was requesting a refund and the manager would not speak with me. The manager was “busy”. Therefore, I came inside the store. There was one man waiting for his food and there was nobody in the drive-through. The manager was still “busy”. In the meantime, one of their regular customers Came into the store while I was requesting the refund. The cashier at Dunkin’ Donuts Asked me to step aside to take care of the other lady who was “” waiting patiently” instead of giving me a receipt for my original purchase. The regular customer was also very rude because she Was picking up on the attitude of the cashier. The whole thing was so ridiculous. . Throughout the whole thing, I was quiet and polite despite how rude this one cashier was being. There is nothing wrong with Respectfully, requesting a refund. When I requested that my gratuity be refunded as well, she said it doesn’t work like that. I have gone through this drive-through many many times and most of the time I’ve Had a decent experience. But they were so incredibly incompetent, unethical, and downright rude to me That I wanted to share this experience with you. If I were you, I would go to another Dunkin. There is one on the east side of the highway on Fruitville Road. I would advise using instead of this one.
