- UCUlderico CipolliniMar 15, 20261.0Tonight sunday march 15 I decided to order a pizza from Domino’s at 12:32 AM, and the store closes at 1:00 AM. When I arrived the lady look angry the employee already seemed annoyed. There was no smile, no welcome, and she barely spoke annoyed taking my order It almost felt like I had done something wrong by coming in at that time. This made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and because of that I will not be coming back. If the store closes at 1:00 AM and I arrive at 12:30, there are still 30 minutes before closing. I would understand if I arrived exactly at closing time, but that was not the case. A customer should still be treated with courtesy and professionalism during business hours. Manager or owner, please take this situation seriously. By the way at the same time there was an on line order and the lady start complainig. Zero stars. Just moved to Sarasota this was the first time and the last time at this location My pizza was emotionally bitter.

- NHNash HandJan 11, 20265.0I just like to say that they I felt at first dropped the ball because I ordered Parmesan cheese and red pepper not realizing that if you go to sides, do you have those available to order through their pizza app and I called the store to complain and then the manager explained to me that they were in the sides and I said thank you for showing me that and I felt bad. Five minutes later the driver comes walking back in, he had extra in his car and brought them in for me so that way, I had my red pepper and Parmesan, so I give them major kudos and appreciate the fact that they have customer service values

I hardly ever eat or order pizza since my time as a delivery driver So when I say the pizza I got today absolutely blew my mind!!! I haven't even finished my pizza and I'm ready to order another one for my big bro that's driving up to see me. Alyssa that made my pizza Thank you!!! You made the best pizza I've ever had no questions about it you are definitely a pizza master!!! I will be back for sure! I did that original review 2 weeks ago. I went back today and ordered the same thing and once again it was absolutely perfect!!! I'm blown away, Alyssa you did an amazing job once again, thank you!
