  Corona had a great atmosphere, and most of the staff were friendly and provided a pleasant experience, with a solid cigar and liquor selection being a highlight. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. One interaction with management felt dismissive and lacked helpfulness, which took away from the overall experience. Additionally, staff should keep their personal lives, including boyfriends and girlfriends, out of the workplace, as it felt unprofessional and somewhat disruptive and seemed to affect their focus. With more consistency in service and a stronger emphasis on professionalism, this could easily be a much better experience overall.

  Very disappointing experience at Corona on Monday night. The manager, Sean, was extremely rude and unhelpful to the people who came in. He came across as entitled and uninterested in doing his job. When asked basic questions about cigars, he did not seem knowledgeable and could not provide useful answers. What made it even worse was that the store says no vapes are allowed, yet he was vaping inside while standing around doing nothing instead of helping customers. Overall, not the kind of service anyone should expect from a manager.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Corona Cigar Company & Cigar Bar, and it mostly comes down to the management—specifically Sean. His lack of professionalism and poor attitude made the entire visit uncomfortable. From the moment I walked in, he came across as dismissive and unwelcoming, which is the opposite of what you expect in a place like this. For a cigar-focused establishment, the attention to detail just isn’t there. Cigars didn’t seem to be handled or maintained properly, which is frustrating if you actually know what you’re looking for. It gives the impression that quality and customer experience aren’t priorities. What stood out the most was how poorly customers are treated. Sean’s approach to customer service is rude and off-putting, and it creates a negative atmosphere instead of a relaxed, enjoyable one. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re expecting knowledgeable service or even basic respect as a customer.
