  I keep giving this Chipotle chances because it’s the closest one to me but this is truly the worst Chipotle in Sarasota. Every time I come, the experience is even worse than the last. This time, there was no ice in the fountain machine, all the natural juices were empty, the workers act like taking your order is not part of their job description, there was old and new food all over the ordering and dining area. Complete chaos to say the least. If you can avoid this Chipotle, do so.

  Don’t like to be mean but like… jeez. My bowl is about 50% rice and it took so crazy long to make. The last 3 times I’ve been to this location it’s been rough and I can’t keep assuming these people r in training. Someone knocked a DoorDash order to the floor and I watched them ignore it for a minute before picking it up. Someone yelled “fire” in the back, and it honestly just seemed like no one knew what position they should be working in. I had to tell the same guy my order 2 times and remind him what else I needed again at the counter. And he mumbled so if he said sorry I would have no idea because it was unintelligible

  This location is so bad I'm not sure how it's still open. Out of more stuff than not and every staff member stares at you like it's your fault. I ask cashier what's the discount for being out of everything and he mumbles.

  This is my #1 Chipotle to go because is closed to my house. It is my favorite food chain, however the workers are super rude but I couldn't expect less if the Mgr or whatever he is, is worst than the people who works here. Killin Smith , and the table where they have all food is super dirty chicken and rice everywhere. Next time I'll take pictures. I worked at Chipotle in NY 10 years ago and this was unacceptable

  My husband and I have ordered online at the Fruitville location many times but the last 3 visits, we have asked for extra queso on his burrito and every time, there is absolutely no melted queso on the burrito, only the shredded cheese. The only time we actually receive the melted queso is when we order on restaurant. I hat to think that they’re scamming for the extra couple of dollars but it sure seems that way. I would like to think the best of chipotle as we love this location but I’m really frustrated as we feel we are not getting the service we have previously received for chipotle.
