I tried calling before heading over. I called 13 times and no answer. Once I went to the window I explained the situation and I wasn’t given an apology or anything. I had to drive all the way back which was a 15 min drive there and back. I had to explain to my two kids why they had to wait an additional 30 min for their food.

I spent nearly $100 and appreciated the apology; however, I was pressed for time due to a meeting. While I was somewhat disappointed with this experience, I recognize that occasional oversights can happen, and I value the high standards maintained by your team. I hope this was an isolated incident. For fellow customers, I suggest arriving early and double-checking your order to ensure it meets expectations and provides the value paid for.

Even when the drive-thru line looks long, the team moves things quickly and keeps everything organized. The staff is always friendly, polite, and professional, which really makes the experience stand out. The food is consistently fresh and hot, and the restaurant itself is always clean and welcoming. You can tell the team here takes pride in what they do. Great service, great food, and a smooth drive-thru every time. Definitely one of the best Chick-fil-A locations in the area!
