- TSTrevor ShermanApr 1, 20261.0I ordered 35 mins ahead of time and showed up and my food still wasn’t done, once it finally came out they were out of pita chips like they are every single time I’ve been here and I had to wait an additional 5 minutes. I think I’d rather go to chipotle or the soon to be done Chick-fil-A around the corner. 40+ minutes for a bowl that is overpriced to begin with is insane, not to mention the portion sizes are just SAD. Make sure to order an hour ahead if you even bother, I know I won’t anymore.

When we order online, the food is never ready when the website says it will be - in the 10-20 times we’ve ordered online, our food has NEVER been ready at the time we were told it would be. Today our food was supposed to be ready at 2:15pm, and we didn’t get it until 2:36pm. We watched a worker talk to a friend for 10 mins while our food was sitting behind her with 7 other bags ready to go out to the pickup shelf. And while food is usually incredible, today our rice is hard and dry. We will still eat here because there isn’t another Cava close enough, but we will warn everyone to prepare for pretty awful service.
